160 Oceanview in Pismo

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location was great just a short walk to the beach. The property was not as clean as we have experienced with several other rental properties we have stayed at. There were ants in the kitchen, bathrooms and dining area.

This property is in a great location, very close to the beach. Unfortunately, it was not very clean, and from time to time found ants in the master bedroom. Pillows and cushions need cleaning as well. Kitchen was very well stocked and appliances seemed fairly modern. This could be a nice little bungalow but really needs a good cleaning, upgraded bedding and a lot of TLC.

Nice stay at Pismo Beach

Perfect location. Especially during summer weekends/holidays, so much traffic but from this condo you just walk a couple of minutes to be on the beach. Super for families with kids. Even has 2 reserved parking spots, off the street. There is an external staircase up to the front door. In the unit, there is a bedroom on the main floor, and stairs to another bedroom on the upper level. This could be a concern for the mobility challenged. Things weren't quite as clean as we would have liked. On my bed the bedcover was stained. We had to wash the dishes and silverware before using them. The water had a funky smell, so we bough a case of bottled water for drinking. The property is hosted by a company. You can't talk to anyone in the evenings or on the weekend, unless it is an emergency. Overall, a great location, comfortably accommodates 6 - 7 adults, can add a couple more kids if you don't mind a tighter fit. Really a good price for a large group.
