Relax at this peaceful Delaware Bay beach cottage in the Villas near Cape May, NJ! This 3 bed, 2 bath home is located just 2 short blocks to the magnificent Delaware Bay and minutes from other nearby shore points. Enjoy long beach days, water sports, and the best sunsets the East Coast has to offer. Get your Jersey shore beach vacation without the crowds and for a fraction of the cost! Great corner lot property with a private office to work while away. The front porch will be great to watch the sky light up with sunsets and the back porch for relaxing in the sun. Close drive to Wildwood and Cape May. We are in the process of furnishing and adding the final touches. Please stay tuned for updates. There's an option $150 pet fee for small dogs, please inquire with your dog's weight/breed. All reservations will have a $150 Cleaning Fee, $50 processing fee, and refundable $400 security deposit.This property has exterior security cameras. Owner asks that renter cleans the kitchen towels and bath matt prior to leaving

Beautiful House

This is an immaculate, relatively new house. There's almost nothing negative that we can say about it. The only comment that may affect renters with young children is that the back deck needs railings.

Beach Bums

This was one of our best vacations. The house was just as described, perfect neighborhood and Tai (agent) and his team were always available. We enjoyed our stay and are def planning a 2024 trip to Cape May!!!!

Cape May getaway

Property was just as shown on the VRBO site. New construction and well appointed. Owner/property manager was extremely repsonsive to all questions and requests. Neighboorhood is quaint and quiet, walking distance to water. Cape May is a short 15 min drive away. Would absolutely stay at this property again. It was perfect for our family.
