Hot Tub Fireplace Oasis by Country Road Properties

THE HOUSE:

This home provides luxury design and qualities throughout. This is a ranch style home where every thing is on one floor. The master has a private bathroom with a walk in shower with seat. The 2nd and 3rd bedroom share a full hall bath with a shower and bathtub. All mattresses were brand new in 2025. The living room has an oversized sectional and a floor to ceiling gas fireplace. The TV has YouTube live TV and streaming apps. The kitchen and dining room have a coffee and wine bar.



There is a covered front porch with rocking chairs, a fully fence yard, with a hot tub, outdoor shower, fire-pit, gas grill, dining area, a sun deck and a grand gazebo with a fireplace, TV, and lounge set.



Linens, towel and beach towels provided, as well as many toiletry amenities to get you started. We also provide beach equipment including: basic beach chairs, umbrella, wagon, kids toys, cooler and towels.





LOCATION:

The house is situated just one block from the beach, in the quiet bayside neighborhood of North Cape May. Our neighborhood boasts its free secluded beaches and amazing cotton candy sunsets every night. It is one of the only neighborhoods on the east coast where you can see sunsets.



Head down to the bay with your little ones, to build a sand castle and enjoy the calm waves of the bay. You can spot schools of dolphins in the bay almost daily. Get active on your kayaks, or on a run along our paved waterfront sidewalks. Relax in an oversized raft or soak up the sun with your toes in the sand.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Guest is required to sign a Renter Agreement. Security Deposit Required of up to $500. Minimum age to rent is 25.

Renter Agreement must be signed within 72 hours after booking. For last-minute reservations, must be signed before check-in info will be sent.

Beautiful and comfortable property located in a quiet neighborhood outside of Cape May. The home itself was clean and very comfortable. The outdoor space and hot tub were fantastic! Very close to the beach and Cape May. Hosts were easy to communicate with and responsive. We would absolutely stay here again!

The home was beautiful. High quality linens, furniture, and kitchen items. About 3-4 blocks walk to the bay beach. Sunsets there were breathtaking. Porch was nice to sit and relax. Host communicated promptly. 2.5 bathrooms made it comfortable for our family. Plus the outdoor shower was amazing. 2 hoses available to wash off after the beach. Temperature control was perfect in the house with additional option for overhead fans. 2 car driveway for easy parking. 13 min drive to the downtown Cape May area. Close to wineries, farms and community pool. We had a wonderful stay!

We just spent a family vacation at this house. It was immaculate on arrival with everything clearly labeled. The hosts responded within minutes to a questions or minor issues. The inside living space was perfect master bedroom with en-suite luxurious. The outdoor space was extremely comfortable and peaceful. Loved having morning coffee outside and had dinner two nights at the patio table. Hot tub and beach gear were an added plus. Two blocks from a great private beach and 10 minutes from heart of Cape May. My entire family including my three grandchildren loved it !! Nice family memories.

The unit was well equipped. K Cup machine and a coffee maker and a kettle! Everything we needed to prepare our meals including skewers. Comfortable and nicely furnished. AC kept us cool enough in both zones. Plenty of room to spread out both indoors and outdoors. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting in the early mornings in the outdoor TV area. Our hosts kept up a flow of information about the happenings of the week. I liked that I didn’t have to rely on previous emails.

Beautiful, clean, well-appointed, and nicely decorated property in a great location....close to a pretty bayside beach and to Cape May. We enjoyed the hot tub and used the gas fireplace on a few crisp evenings. Perfect home for our family of five! Hosts provided excellent communication prior to arrival and during our stay.

Relaxing getaway

We had a great time in the Villas. We enjoyed the proximity for the beach and loved the morning walks in the sand. The home was supplied with evening you need from towels, sheets, beach chairs and any household need. Overall a great stay for our family.

Fantastic home in North Cape May

We love this house! Very clean,well decorated, comfortable, and spacious. The short five minute walk to the beach was a bonus. The hosts provided a great guest book of local restaurants, activities etc. Very helpful. We would stay here again for sure!

Beautiful home with large comfortable spaces

We had a great time visiting Cape May and staying in this large three-bedroom home. We enjoyed the back patio in the evenings. The house is new and very clean. The owners were gracious and stocked the house with lovely furnishings and many amenities. We would definitely stay here again.

By the Bay

The house was clean and the layout was open and it was stocked with everything that you would need. The owners were very nice and easy to work with. Good location walking distance to the beach. The back and side yards were set up great and nice to hang out in. We would recommend staying here.
