Our 940 sq ft. condo, 2 bed, 2 bath, is clean, bright and updated. Fully furnished, with the lanai overlooking a green space. The condo has a large master bedroom with a King bed with pull out trundle beds and a private bath. The second bedroom has a King bed with a private bath and a large closet. Fully stocked kitchen. Includes 3 TVs and internet. Standup desk with Keyboard, monitor and mouse. 3rd floor unit with elevator and washer/dryers across the hall. Amenities include swimming pool, work out facility, clubhouse, pickleball, tennis, access to the Legacy Trail for walking & biking. Blanket, umbrella, tent, chairs, coolers and children's toys available for the beach.
