Very comfortable space for relaxing. quite for people working from home. Fast wifi..Great place to spend time with family and pets after after a long day skiing. 40 min from Tahoe. All furniture is sanitized after each guest.

Perfect Cozy Cottage.

More than we hoped for. Clean!, comfortable, welcoming. Had everything you would need in a vacation rental house and the back yard was fantastic. Although the location wasn't ideal, the house more than made up for it.

We love the Reno/Sparks area. Lots to do all year round. We rent out our home during the year. This is a family home not a party house.
If bringing a dog please pick up waste in the yard. If your dog is not house trained don't bring them, you will be responsible for the cost of cleaning. no smoking in the home.
