Yes it was all set up nicely it was a little to far to walk to Pier and lighthouse and then you had to pay extra if you wanted pool heated but all in all it served our needs

The home was PERFECT for our family of six: Mom, Dad, 2 sons, 1 daughter, and Mother-in-law. My husband and I had our own master suite with king bed and bath, mother-in-law had her own master suite with private bath, our boys shared a room with twin beds and our daughter had her own room. We paid to have the pool heated and used it a lot. The Pier restaurants were a little too far for us to walk, but super quick drive. Crabdaddy's and the East Beach area were walkable. Instructions and checkin/checkout were easy. We would absolutely stay here again!

We absolutely loved our stay at Mallery Beach House! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how super clean, beautifully furnished, and thoughtfully designed the home was. The layout was perfect for our whole family, especially having two king suites, which gave everyone plenty of space, comfort, and privacy.The house had so many thoughtful touches that made our stay even better. We loved the coffee bar with both a drip coffee maker and Keurig, plus the filtered water system—such a nice convenience! The yard and pool were also a huge bonus and gave us the perfect place to relax and spend time together.Parking was ample, and we especially appreciated the covered portico that led right into one of the master suites. It made unloading and loading so easy and was such a thoughtful feature.The location was incredibly convenient to everything we wanted to do, while still giving us a comfortable place to come home to at the end of the day.Mallery Beach House truly felt like a home away from home. It was clean, comfortable, beautiful, spacious, and had everything our family needed for a wonderful getaway. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great vacation home!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second year staying in this home and it was just as wonderful the second time as it was the first! We love the layout, AC worked great, wonderful bathrooms and storage, and the pool is perfect for adults and kids! The property managers were easy to reach for any questions or issues. The only things renters may want to be aware of is that the eating area is tight (no dining room, just kitchen table) and the road can be a little noisy for those staying in the front bedroom. But these were minor inconveniences for us and we will come back to this house every time we can!

Charming, newly updated interior, surprisingly private for being on a main road.

Charming, very much enjoyed the spaciousness and updated interior. And the proximity to downtown St. Simons. Only detraction is that the house sits on a major roadway.

We had a wonderful time at this gorgeous house!

This was the perfect house for our girls weekend! It was beautifully decorated, newly renovated, had luxurious touches and was in a great location - very close the village, a great coffee shop and the beach. We loved it and it was super comfortable. The management company was very responsive and helpful and did a great job with communication. We highly recommend it!

The layout provided privacy and comfort for the two kids and five adults. Everyone loved the pool and backyard setting. We would definitely stay here again! We never had to drive more than 5-7 minutes to get to the grocery store, beach, pier, or restaurants. It would be easy to bike or use a golf cart to get around town if you chose to bring those. The seating in the kitchen was a little tight, but doable.
