The space
Cabin in the Pines is nestled in the quiet Maine woods on Upper Lead Mountain Pond. The location is ideal for a wide variety of outdoor activities or as a relaxing getaway. The cabin is designed with a loft area with two beds accessible by a fixed wooden ladder, and two main floor bedrooms: one providing bunk beds and the other a single Queen-sized bed.

The cabin is outfitted with a full kitchen complete with common kitchen pots, pans, and cooking utensils as well as water. Relax and enjoy meals from the grill or kitchen on the screened in porch equipped with a table and chairs or outside on the picnic table.

Inside, a couch allows for comfortable relaxation after a day exploring outdoors or gather around the accompanying coffee table to play games. The bathroom is a half bath providing a sink and a single stand-up shower with hot water. Toilet facilities are in an enclosed clean and well-ventilated outdoor privy.

Outdoors, the cabin provides a relaxing hammock strung between two trees and Adirondack style chairs to enjoy a fire making it the perfect ending to any day.

a beautiful cabin with everything you need already there
We had a wonderful time at Cabin in the Pines even though I was alone with my two young children. Elizabeth was a very responsive host and made sure our stay was pleasant.
