Our apartment is very comfy and convenient, a few steps from coffee shops, hairdressers, walking distance to restaurants, banks, coffee shops, groceries, government buildings etc. It is on the first floor, no elevator. Has central heating and air conditioner. Very well equipped with all amenities.
