Tasteful and convenient

You’ve done a remarkable job at renovating the house. It’s in a convenient location - 5 minute drive to downtown/strip district. The beds are very firm and comfortable. My only suggestion is to add to the listing that the living room and kitchen are up a flight of stairs.
