The condominium itself was not unsatisfactory, but it requires updates. The appliances were outdated, with some malfunctioning, such as the oven. The water pressure from the showers was inadequate, resulting in a mere drizzle. Additionally, we encountered issues with the dryer, as it failed to dry clothes consistently. While the condominium exhibits significant wear and tear, which is evident upon entering, the first-floor unit is exceptional and easy access to the pools. This condo simply requires updates.

The condo had several maintnance issues. I called the owner to report the issues and his answerd was very poor. It sounded that he did not care at all. I not recomed to rent his properties.

The place was exactly as pictured. Beach was 5min walking. Parking was super easy. The pool bar was 4min walking. Patio was bigger than I anticipated.This was Phase 1 of Palomas but still has great upkeep and looks great. Will save this property for next time. Thanks!

Love the ground floor locations!

Absolutely a beautiful place to stay! Feel very safe at this resort even with a group of only women. Love the close proximity to the lazy river and pools with a 1st floor condo.
