The space
This 2,300 sqf home has 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bath and an attached, heated, 2 car garage. Sonos throughout the home to help you relax during your stay. Spacious deck to enjoy the outdoors with no neighbors behind. Luxury quartz counter tops, wine cooler, upscale appliances and more. Two master on suites. 1 King, 2 Queen, and one bunk bed with trundle that has three twin mattress. Fully stocked kitchen with dishes, silverware, cookware and more.
Guest access
Guests will have full access to the house, garage and outdoor area located around the home. Electronic Keypad to enter the home. Complementary coffee, tea, water, soda, and wine.
Other things to note
Attention: Please note that we have a Ring Doorbell with a camera. Please make sure the two doors on the back and side of the garage (going outside) are both locked upon your departure. Also, make sure both patio doors are locked before leaving. When you lock the front door with your personalized access code it only locks the front door not the other doors in the home.

Relaxing Stay!

My family & I needed a place to stay over the holidays and this was such a relaxing space. The house was very nice inside. Lots of space to spread out! The kitchen had everything we needed, the bathrooms were well stocked and the beds were very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful house

This was the perfect house for our family! Very nice neighborhood and close to everything. The beds were comfy, the kitchen had everything you need, nice tvs, plenty of room for everyone including kids! The backyard was great, very secluded and a million birds, we had so much fun watching the birds and listening to the quiet! We will definitely be back when we come to visit Peoria!

Wonderful property

We felt like we were home! Amenities were more than expected, all rooms were nicely decorated. Beds and linens were top-notch, bathrooms well stocked with shampoo, conditioners, soaps. Kitchen/ dining area roomy with plenty of utensils, dishes and small appliances. Nice deck and yard for the kids, nice neighborhood. Will definitely book again.
