We stayed here mid-way through a 3-week road trip where we stayed in 11 different places. This was hands-down everyone's favorite! The one we all wish we could return to and stay for a week! SO clean. So peaceful and beautiful and charming. We stayed cool, even during a heat wave. We loved all the games, toys and comic books they had.

This house was beautiful and clean! Wilmer made check in/out very easy. We were disappointed in not being able to use the hot tub as that was what we set our search for when finding a house to book. We would also suggest shoveling/snow blowing the path to the garbage bins that are needed for check out instructions. My husband had snow to his knees bringing our bags over before our drive home.

Clean and spacious country home

The house was clean and spacious. The owners were easy to communicate with and were responsive to our needs. It was perfect for my parents, who needed a bed and walk in shower on the first floor.

Family Reunion

We were in town for the weekend attending a family reunion in Sodus Point. The house was exceptionally clean and very spacious. Very nice amenities. Would definitely recommend it to others.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Owner was responsive to our only issue (couldn't get the grill going, probably user error!) and we were able to get it working. Hot tub was amazing. Loved getting to see the cows whenever they grazed by behind the yard, the baby was the cutest.

This was a great, roomy, up to date historical home with a view of apple orchards, which was lovely in September. The host was very responsive when we called. Someone had turned off the WiFi, and he came over right away to correct it. A very peaceful, comfortable house with room for several people.

Quiet with excellent gathering area

The kitchen, dining and livingroom are all open and allow for a large group to eat together. Close to the lake and wineries. Bed are good! We enjoyed the hot tub.

Great Country Getaway

We enjoyed our time at the farmhouse! Beds were very comfortable. Hot tub was enjoyable. The fact that it was handicap accessible was fantastic as one guest recently needed the use of a wheelchair . She was also able to enjoy the patio with all of us. She was also able to navigate the downstairs easily. Thank you for an amazing weekend
