Didn’t live up to expectations

Based on the description and photos, we were really looking forward to staying in this trullo. We were sadly disappointed. The property is not actually near Ostuni but about a 30min drive away. It would be more accurate to list it as Cisternino, which is about a 5-10min drive away and quite a nice town. The check-in process was difficult, we were provided with a map with instructions written in German but no street names. We were advised the day prior that the water on the property is not safe to drink - information that should be provided in the listing as it may influence the decision to stay. The biggest disappointment was that there was no air conditioning, contrary to the listing. To be precise, an air conditioning unit is installed, with a sticker that says “broken”. The fact that the owners are aware that the AC doesn’t work and yet continue to list the accommodation as having aircon is dishonest. The listing also includes a bidet but there was no bidet. The trullo was overcrowded with too much furniture and the owner’s belongings, to the point there was no room for us to set up our luggage and comfortably move around the place. The property information folder consisted of one double-sided page all in German, again contrary to the listing. Finally, the property was not clean. There were cobwebs around windows and furniture and the floor was dirty. Outside, the table umbrella is tattered and torn and the garden is overgrown with weeds and in desperate need of care.

Bon emplacement mais nombreux désagréments

Nous avons passé 15 jours dans ce Trullo, dont la situation est centrale pour visiter les Pouilles, à environ 10 minutes de Cisternino et 30 minutes de la plage (en voiture). Environ 1h30 de Bari. Le logement a du charme et est bien conçu pour 4 personnes. L'endroit est très calme. Cependant, le logement n'est pas équipé de climatisation (la mention était pourtant indiquée dans l'annonce quand nous avons réservé et a été retirée ensuite sans nous en avertir). Les 3 premiers jours le WIFI ne fonctionnait pas (il n'y a pratiquement pas de réseau téléphonique sur place). Le propriétaire a été réactif pour régler le problème. Les 3 derniers jours, nous ne pouvions plus utiliser les WC, la douche, le lave-linge et le lave-vaisselle en raison d'un problème d'évacuation des eaux. Si le propriétaire a été réactif, le plombier n'est venu que le jour de notre départ, une heure avant. Aucun dédommagement ne nous a été proposé.

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit im Trullo! Die Raumtemperatur war perfekt, es war alles vorhanden, was man für einen 14tägigen Aufenthalt braucht. Die Terrasse und der Garten sind einfach traumhaft, man hat absolute Ruhe und kann von dort aus die unterschiedlichsten Ausflugsziele erreichen. Die Kommunikation mit den Eigentümern klappte hervorragend.

Un peu déçu

Nous avons découvert une fois sur place que la climatisation était en panne, il n'y avait pas d'eau chaude dans la cuisine et que le chauffe-eau de la salle de bains avait une fuite. Après avoir alerté la personne sur place et la propriétaire, elle nous a demandé d'éteindre le chauffe-eau et de le rallumer avant de s'en servir ! Nous avons demandé une compensation mais nous n'avons eu aucune réponse, nous trouvons que ce n'est pas très correct.

Idéal pour visiter la partie nord des Pouilles

Trullo assez grand, au calme, bien équipé et bien situé pour visiter les alentours. Les villes touristiques sont à proximité, on peut même en visiter deux la même journée puisqu'elles sont très proches et à moins de 30 minutes de route (par exemple Alberobello et Locorotondo ou Ostuni et Cisternino). Matera est à 1h30 de route, Bari et Lecce à 1h15. Nous avons passé une semaine très agréables dans ce logement beau et atypique.

Heerlijk verblijf!

Van alle gemakken voorzien. Fijn dat er een goede wasmachine in zit. En airco, het was lekker koel ook bij bijna 40 graden. Alleen jammer dat het zwembad kapot was. Verrast met een leuke attentie tijdens het verblijf.

Süsses Trullo mit indiviuellem Touch

Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Man merkt, dass es von den Besitzern genutzt wird/wurde, denn es ist alles reichlich vorhanden. Küchenausstattung, Handtücher etc. Es ist ein grosses Grundstück dabei, auf dem z.B. Hunde frei laufen können, zur Strasse ist es geschlossen. Das Trullo liegt zentral in einer wunderschönen Landschaft mit noch vielen anderen Trulli. Es können sehr viele Ausflüge unternommen werden. Ein Auto sollte allerdings vorhanden sein, da der nächste Ort und damit auch alle Geschäfte einige Kilometer entfernt ist. Ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt, um Apulien zu erkunden.

Wunderschöner Trullo

Wir (Familie mit zwei fast erwachsenen Kindern) haben unsere Woche im Trullo sehr genossen. Ich würde gerne auch 10 Sterne vergeben, so schön ist es hier :-) Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, alles Wichtige ist vorhanden, es gibt viel Platz draußen und in der Umgebung gibt es viel zu sehen. Klare Empfehlung für alle, die auf der Suche nach einem individuellen, charmanten Ferienhaus sind.

Ambiance campagnarde et authentique

Super séjour, Trulli parfait pour un séjour en famille. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l’esprit “maison de famille” qui nous à permis de nous sentir chez nous pendant une semaine. Je reviendrais avec plaisir.

Schöner Aufenthalt

Sehr gemütliches Trulli. Großer Garten und sehr freundlicher Empfang. Das Haus ist sauber und kühlt auch im Sommer sehr gut. Wir brauchten nie die Klimaanlage.

Settimana fantastica

Comincio con il dire che Angelica che si e' occupata del ceck in e del ceck out, ma non solo e' stata presente e super disponibile. Il trullo e' immerso nel verde e nel silenzio, le mie bambine di 5 e 2 anni si sono divertite da morire. A pochi chilometri da Cisternino, Alberobello, Locorotondo tutti posti incantevoli. Esperienza super positiva.

Vacanza di pace e tranquillità in Val d'Itria

Una settimana di pace e tranquillità in posizione centrale della Val d'Itria perfetta per raggiungere le diverse località come Martina Franca, Ostuni, Alberobello. Casa caratteristica con un enorme oliveto recintato a disposizione sicuro per bambini e anche per i nostri amici a 4 zampe! Dotata di tutti i confort ed elettrodomestici.

Vivere l'esperienza di abitare in un autentico trullo

La nostra famiglia ha vissuto una bellissima esperienza di vivere in un vero trullo nella valle d'Itria. Ottimo posto per stare in totale relax, lontano dal traffico ed immerso nel verde degli ulivi, tipico della Puglia. Ottimo per chi ha i cani, avendo uno stupendo uliveto a disposizione e totalmente recintato. Ottima anche la posizione del trullo: a pochi chilometri troverete le cosidette città bianche come Cisternino, Martina Franca, Ostuni, Alberobello e Locorotondo, inoltre è vicino allo zoosafari di Fasano. Ci torneremmo ben più che volentieri.

Erholung pur

Wir waren im Oktober dieses Jahres in dieser herrlichen Unterkunft. Es ist sehr ruhig und umgeben von einem schönen Olivenhain. Direkt an der Terrasse steht ein Kaki Baum mit leckeren Früchten zum Naschen. Ein Kätzchen kam jeden Morgen zu Besuch zur Freude unseres Jüngsten.

Breve vacanza in Puglia

È stato molto facile trovare il trullo, la proprietaria è stata molto disponibile, socievole e simpatica. Il posto e il trullo sono stati semplicemente perfetti!

Jolie maison typique

Nous avons passé un super moment en famille dans cette maison traditionnelle. Elle est très agréable à vivre, possède un très bel espace extérieur. Proche des sites touristiques. Nous recommandons vivement cette jolie maison !

Trullo charmant, rustique et authentique entouré d'oliviers pour un séjour paisible. Voiture indispensable pour visiter la région car le trullo est en dehors du bourg.

Es waren schöne und erholsame Zeit im Trulli.

Es war sehr ruhig und idyllisch. Es hatte draussen viel Platz zum Spielen. Wir waren ganz alleine. Innen sind die Räume gut aufgeteilt, leider war es ziemlich schmuddelig/nicht sauber. Viel zu viel Kram, weniger ist mehr, aber ansonsten wäre es super gewesen. Leider braucht man ein Auto. Kein Restaurant in der Nähe. Ausser einen Supermarkt, auch nur mit Auto erreichbar. Das Trulli lag nicht in Ostuni, sondern in der Nähe von Cisternino.

Erholung für Mensch und Hund

25.02.17 - 08.04.17 Wir waren das 4. mal im "Svevo". Das Haus ist wenn auch recht einfach so doch sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Alles was Frau / Mann benötigt ist vorhanden. Da wir keine Luxus benötigen ist es genau das richtige für uns und unsere Hunde. Das riesige voll eingezäunte Grundstück ist ein Paradies für gärtnernde Hunde. Da es ein paar Kilometer bis zur nächsten Stadt ist haben wir die Ruhe die wir suchen um uns zu erholen. Dank der liebevollen Betreuung bei Problemen ist es jedes mal ein erholsamer Aufentgalt

So schön

Wir haben 12 Tage im Trullo verbracht und es hat uns supergut gefallen. Der Trullo ist sehr gemütlich und man fühlt sich dort von Anfang an wohl. Die Gegend ist traumhaft schön und es gibt kulturell viel zu entdecken. Sehr gute Betreuung vor Ort. Vielen Dank. Wir kommen bestimmt einmal wieder.

3 Wochen Traumurlaub im Trullo

Auf der Suche nach einem geeigneten Ferienhaus in Apulien, sind wir relativ schnell auf den Staufer-Trullo LoSvevo gestossen. Da uns damals die vielen positiven Kritiken überzeugt haben, möchten wir nun nach 3 herrlichen Urlaubswochen ebenfalls eine Bewertung abgeben, um nachfolgenen Interessenten die Entscheidung zu erleichtern. Die Unterkunft entspricht hundertprozentig der Beschreibung und hat uns in keiner Weise enttäuscht. Es ist sicher keine Luxusherberge (dies wird aber auch nirgends behauptet), aber man hat alles was man zum Leben benötigt und dazu ein Trullo mit persönlichem Charm, bei dem man merkt, dass dem Besitzer sehr viel an individueller Ausstattung gelegen war. Man kommt an und fühlt sich sofort zuhause. Das Grundstück ist riesig und definitiv komplett hoch eingezäunt, ein Traum für Hundebesitzer. Ansonsten ist die deutschsprachige Betreuung vor Ort genial, man ist mit allen "Problemchen" gut aufgehoben und bekommt viele hilfreiche Tipps zu Land und Leuten. Die Strände sind ca. 30-40 Autominuten weg und zu unserer Reisezeit fast menschenleer und sehr sauber (am empfehlenswertesten sind die zwischen Torre Canne und Ostuni). Das Domizil ist sehr ruhig und sowohl für den Erholungsurlaub von Naturliebhabern (ein Traum ist der Kaki-Baum, die vielen leckeren Weintrauben und die Kakturfeigen) als auch für den Familienurlaub geeignet, da der Abenteuer-Spielplatz sozusagen direkt vor der Haustür liegt (er wurde von unserem 3 jährigen Sohn auf Herz und Nieren getestet). Ich denke die vielen positiven Bewertungen sprechen ihre eigene Sprache. Wir würden jedenfalls sehr gerne mal wieder dorthin reisen.

Einfach super

Wir haben uns dieses Jahr um eine Puglia-Fahrt entschlossen. Aber, wohin? Italien ist ja so teuer! Dann fiel mir dieser Trullo in deutschen Besitz genau vor den Augen, absoluter Renner was Preis angeht. Ich dachte, etwas muss damit nicht stimmen! Ich habe alle Bewertungen gelesen und vor allem die von den Gaesten mit drei Hunde hat mich ueberzeugt! Los geht's, nach Apulien! Unsere Bonnie hat sicher den sicheren eingezaeumtes Olivenhain sehr genossen, wir den Rest des Trullo. Alles war wie in den Angaben beschrieben. Raum fuer uns drei gab's genug, jeden Morgen habe ich neue Rosen entdeckt die uns beim Fruehstueck zugeschaut haben. Viel, sehr viel kann man von hier unternehmen. Wir sind ueber 1600 km herumgefahren, von Cisternino bis nach Otranto, Lecce, Matera, Ostuni, Taranto und noch viel viel mehr. Die Bezugsperson war einfach super. So nett, so hilfsbereit! Ich haette ohne Sie den Vespennest-Trauma nie ueberlebt! Ein kleiner Gecko kam jeden Abend zu Besuch, es war einfach romantisch bei Kerzenlicht am Abend draussen essen und sich in der Kuehle des Olivenhain von den vielen km zu erholen. Ich habe so fest geschlafen!!! Ich wuensche der Inhaberfamilie alles alles Gute und bedanke mich dass Sie den Urlauber ihr Haus zuer Verfuegung stellen. Mein Tipp: das Gaestebuch ganz gruendlich lesen, es lohnt sich. Wie es sich versteht, ich empfehle es sicher weiter, sich eine Zeit in diesen Trullo zu goennen. Ps ich entschuldige mich auch fuer mein Deutsch! Ciao Trullo, ciao Cisternino, ciao Puglia!
