Beautiful home and area

Our stay was superb. Everything that was listed and more. The extra touches from the owners just put icing on the cake. The view was serene and perfect for a day of relaxing. Im certain this would be a perfect place to visit in the summer when the water would be welcome and inviting. Thank you for opening up this home to us. We will be back

Beautiful property

Stayed for a week at this beautiful property and fell in Love with it! It was so clean and neat inside like what you would see in a magazine! The property owners were amazing, and helped when we had a small issue with the lock for the lock box. Everything was perfect! I would 100% rent again. Highly recommend staying at this lovely home!

Family vacation

Home was beautiful! Had everything we needed and then some. We went to a lot of nature parks in the area and then would come back and shower then get in hot tub! We did not want to leave. Also friendly and good communication with host.

Bill and I have lived in this home for 17 years. We absolutely love the location, and access to the river. We decided to share our home with our guests. Our desire is to be an extension of their home and accommodate our guests to the best of our ability, so they can enjoy their stay to the fullest.

Why they chose this property

Thie area is 1 mile outside the city of Cookeville. It is 1 mile from I-40, and 15 minutes to Tennessee Tech University. The home backs up to Fall Fater River. Such a great feeling of rest and relaxation.
