Queen sleeper sofa in living room quiet farm views in every direction. Completely renovated in 2020. Five minutes to Cummins Falls, 15 minutes to downtown Cookeville.

This place was absolutely gorgeous. I enjoyed the little hand touches from sweet treats to good smelling sheets. The house was one of the cleanest I have been in. We will definitely stay again!

Loved the Cows!

The Iris Cottage was Amazing! We were there for Parent Weekend at Tennessee Tech. Just a 15 minute drive to the school, it was SO WORTH IT! This house feels like a home, and our daughter and her friends loved gathering there for dinner. But the best part for us was having our morning coffee on the patio next to the cows behind the property fence! Close enough to enjoy, but far enough away that we couldn't smell them.😉 Very well appointed place with everything you could need. Thank you so much for a beautiful experience! We hope to return.💗
