Well designed space that offered the perfect atmosphere to relax and spend time with your family and friends while in Cookeville. The location is perfect with lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance! If you prefer to stay in, the kitchen is beautifully appointed and has plenty of space to prep, cook and gather! The hosts carefully and thoughtfully designed an amazing and unique space down to every last detail! Will stay again soon!!!

This is the second time we have stayed in thia great property. Very clean and comfortable. The location is great and right in the middle of downtown Cookeville, close to all the shops and restaurants. It is also very close to TTU’s campus.

Great location! Walkable to so many great restaurants and cute shops! In town for a Beer Fest which was just across the street at Trackside. Also discovered Father Tom's, Gene's Pizza, and Cream City Ice Cream, all walkable from the property. Great space for a small group. Highly recommend!
