Relaxing stay and a unique property. Everything is there with some extras. The kayaks are a great add, as were the two nice chairs, but expect a bit of a haul to get them down to the lake. A great place to relax and lake, Cookeville is about half an hour and has everything else, restaurants and shopping, one might want. The DG in Baxter was surprisingly decent for groceries.
We had a nice relaxing time. We enjoyed the hot tub, paddle boards, kayaks and a nice fire. Loved sitting on the deck for early morning coffee and dinner at night. We truly enjoyed the hike at burgess state park with the beautiful waterfalls.

Megan,
We are thrilled you enjoyed the nearby waterfalls and hiking! As well as the hottub and the kayaks :) JeTy Vacations welcomes you back anytime! Thanks for choosing us!
A fantastic stay in a super clean, well maintained cabin. Beautiful views with much to do! Our family throughly enjoyed our time. Loved the hot tub too!
Wonderful spot for our family getaway! The lake access made it easy for kayaking and exploring. Kids loved the games! We had a great time and will definitely be back!

Thank you! We're so glad your family enjoyed the lake access and games. Happy to hear you had a great time—can’t wait to host you again!
Stayed here with the family over Thanksgiving. The area was quiet with a great view of the lake. The drive out does include a narrow, winding mountain top road. We enjoyed hanging out in the hot tub, walking around the lake and playing games. Great stay!

Thank you! We’re glad you and your family enjoyed the lake, hot tub, and games. It’s great to hear you had a wonderful stay!
The hosts were very communicative and the home was lovely. Unfortunately we were in town for a funeral and needed a place our immediate family could all be together. The space was perfect. We had 5 adults and 2 babies and the home was well equipped. We would love to return under better circumstances.

Thank you for your kind words. We’re glad the home could provide a comfortable space for your family during such a difficult time. We’d be honored to host you again under happier circumstances and hope your next stay is filled with joy and relaxation.
The area had a lot of natural hiking and waterfalls. The amenities at the house, paddle boards and kayaks were really appreciated. And loved the plunge pool.

Happy you enjoyed the hikes, waterfalls, and house amenities! We’d love to host you again.
This is definitely one of our top vacation rentals!! It was probably the cleanest places we've stayed too. The owners really go above and beyond to give their renters a cozy, comfortable, fun stay! Comfortable beds, great view, private location, but only 30 minutes to Cookeville. And SO many amenities! Perfect place to stay while visiting students at Tennessee Tech. I wish we couldve stayed longer than 3 nights! We would love to go back sometime!

Thank you so much! We’re so happy you loved it. It means a lot that we’re one of your top vacation stays—hope to have you back soon!
We loved the property! Even though we stayed during a heat wave and didn't enjoy the lake as much as we had hoped to, we were able to stay occupied with the plunge pool and other supplied games and activities! Most other hosts may have a few supplies on hand, but not this one, they had everything and more on hand. We just needed to supply food.

Thank you so much! We're so glad you enjoyed the property. It means a lot to hear the amenities made a difference—we’d love to host you again!
We had our annual Girl's Trip here and it was exactly what we needed. The lake access was easy and a great lake beach, in the afternoon's we enjoyed the plunge pool, and we loved having our morning coffee with that view. Jessica and Tyler were great hosts with great communication. There were a few little drawbacks, such as the number of plates or bowls for our group (we had 7). But overall, the place was thoughtfully stocked and set up and we appreciated the attention to detail. I would definitely stay here again, but maybe with a slightly smaller group.

Thank you for sharing your experience! We’re so glad you enjoyed the lake, pool, and views, and we appreciate your feedback. We’d be happy to host you again anytime!
Wanting to get away, but stay close enough to haul our boat w/ us, we decided on this nearby location. Everything was precisely what we expected. Easy access to Center Hill lake and Cookeville Boat Dock made for more time on the water. Our 3 boys loved it and there was not shortage of space for them to safely roam free. Highly recommended for a quick, very accessible getaway from NSHVL.
Jessica & Tyler At JeTy we’re great to talk to. This house was super clean and felt right at home. Unlike most rentals we’ve stayed in, JeTy had all the things at the house that we usually have to run out and buy. We were amazed at all the commodities they had there for there guest. The lake view is nice especially from the upstairs.
It is on a remote point of the lake with water access within a few hundred yards to the lake.
First time to this lake and it was great. We took our jet skies and visited the water falls which were spectacular. There are like 9 marinas on the lake and all the folks are like a big family. There’s great places to eat at most of them as well .
Reccomemd this place highly
The updated property is very lovely ! It was just my husband and myself but this property could sleep 2 couples comfortably. The up stairs is private with it own balcony and full bath . The views are beautiful! The beds are very nice and comfortable with nice sheets / comforters. The bathrooms were clean and updated as well . It’s decorated in grays and whites with comfortable furniture that makes you feel at home the minute you walk in . Lots of natural light ! Jessica and Tyler were very attentive and amazing to work with! It is a ways off the beaten path but worth the drive after a day of exploring . The home was supplied with basic cooking equipment as we cooked several meals . There was plenty of coffee , paper towel , toilet paper . I would definitely recommend this property to friends and family! Be sure to grab groceries beforehand as there’s nothing close by . Thanks Jessica & Tyler for sharing your home with us !! This property was so fun to stay at! The hot tub right off the main level was so convenient to hop in, and since its high off the ground there were actually no bugs or mosquitos even at night! The swim spa is a short walk down a super steep hill driveway to get to, but once there it's hard to leave and make the climb back to the house because its soooo nice! The shared "beach" area is so cool but there's a ton of broken bottles on it so we had to wear swim shoes to dip our feet in the lake there. Its very pretty though and gives a nice secluded view of the boats going past while sitting on shaded rocks. The kitchen has the best pots and pans ever, even a griddle for pancakes! Dishwasher was very nice to have. Bring baggies/tupperware if you are cooking for your leftovers, or use the stuff they have to cover up your plate (foil, plastic wrap). The decor is super cute. There is a neighboring house across the street and one next door, which made it feel like they could watch us walk around in our bathing suits, but they were quiet neighbors for sure. We loved Burgess Falls nearby for a short hike with lots of stairs--go early (opens at 8am) or miss out on easy parking ;) thanks for a great stay!

Thanks so much for your thoughtful review! 💛 We’re happy you enjoyed the hot tub, swim spa, and kitchen setup—and love that you explored Burgess Falls too! We appreciate your feedback on the beach area and hope to welcome you back for more lake time and peaceful views soon. 🌊✨
The place was great. I loved the swim spa the most. One suggestion would be to have a utility table available for guests to use when cooking/ serving dinners. There was limited space to put meal food for buffet style serving.
Our stay at this home on Center Hill Lake was absolutely incredible! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that every detail had been thoughtfully planned to create a relaxing and memorable getaway. The home is beautiful, comfortable, and stocked with everything you need. We especially loved all of the amenities, including the kayaks, paddleboards, swim spa, fire pits, charcoal grill, and the spacious two-level patio overlooking the lake. The views were stunning, and it was the perfect place to enjoy a morning coffee or unwind in the evening. We spent our days kayaking on the lake, fishing, and simply soaking in the peaceful surroundings. The quiet serenity of Center Hill Lake made it easy to disconnect from the hustle of everyday life and truly relax. At night, the lack of light pollution revealed a sky full of stars—it was absolutely breathtaking. If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat with amazing amenities, beautiful lake views, and everything you need for a fun and relaxing vacation, this is the place. We had an unforgettable time and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!
