We’re sorry the house wasn’t as clean as it should have been, and that the millipedes and missing remotes took away from your stay. That’s not the experience we want any guest to have, and as we always like to do we did offer to have someone come out for a deeper clean during your stay. Our homes are cleaned after each departure, so there may have been a lag time between your arrival and time for a little Colorado dust to settle!
