Relax with the whole family at this beautiful New Construction Duplex in Southwest Florida in the quiet community of Rotonda West. We have all the amenities you will need in our 3-bedroom 2 bath home.
The spacious living area has 65"smart TV and lots of board games for your enjoyment. The well-equipped modern bright kitchen offers you everything you need for a stress-free stay.
There is a screened lanai and backyard with seating and BBQ grill.
Multiple beaches are located within 15-30 min
The space
The bathrooms have everything you need for the first time : shampoo,conditioner,shower gel,hand soap,bath tissue.
There is a washer and dryer in the unit with complimentary detergent.
We also provide beach towels,2 chairs, umbrella and cooler.
Bicycles are available for ride.

Boca grande wedding get away.

We enjoyed our stay at this clean new property. It was well stocked. Only issue we had was getting an uber/Lyft back to the house from Boca grande after the wedding but that has no impact on the home. Would highly recommend and would book again.
