This unit is filled with history! The Loretto Building was built in 1902 by the Sisters of Loretto. The building originally operated as an educational facility from 1903 to 1966. It is now a multi purpose use building filled with apartments, offices, and event spaces.

A home away from home

My partner and I stayed here for a few days for a concert and as a little getaway to ourselves. The host was easy to contact and checked in multiple times throughout our stay to make sure everything was to our liking, as well as having clear instructions on how to check in and out. Overall communication was great. As far as the place itself, it was very clean and looked just like the pictures. The location is in a great place for whatever you are staying for, with many types of restaurants and entertainment locations around. The place was perfect for my partner and I for a semi-extended stay and will gladly consider this location again for any future trips to Kansas City.

Beautiful Neighborhood, Nice Environment

The building is absolutely stunning, and our group was very happy to stay in a beautiful part of Kansas City. A great place for walks and exploring a few interesting locales on foot as well as a very short drive from downtown.

Nice, easy weekend

We came to KC for a concert and wanted to be close to places to eat and drink. It is a short walk to some nice pubs and restaurants. We would stay here again! Tommy, Sandi and Chevy (heeler)
