About this property

Our beautiful apartment is a spacious 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom located on the second floor of a 3 stories elevator building. It has tons of natural light, a great vibe, and unique energy flow. It's fully equipped with everything you'll need at home or on vacation. Perfectly located just one block to Dizengoff Street, 4 min walk to Basel street, 3 min walk to Ben-Gurion Blvd, and 6 min walk to the beach. Close to playgrounds, and Ideal for families. Come stay with us!
The space.
This space has been personally designed by a very good friend that has a very good eye for details. Master bedroom has an attached bathroom (with a shower), and the other two rooms share the larger bathroom with the tub. All three rooms are good size, and contain a full size closet. living space is an open layout - entrance, hallway, kitchen, dining, and living room are connected without doors.

A full kitchen, wifi, cable T.V Building has a small elevator. All appliances are relatively new, and well maintained. Master bedroom has a french window for smoking.

Each room has its own AC unit. All windows have electronic shades.
