*Please note that there is intermittent construction on the property in back of the house. As of June 1, 2025 most of the construction is inside that newly constructed house. But you may still experience intermittent noise during daytime construction hours. If you can arrange beach or other activities during any times that may be a bit noisy, this is a great opportunity to enjoy this amazing property at a rare discount provided.
