About this property

Condo Carolina is the largest condo on the end of the iconic 10 unit Condo Del Sol, Playa Guiones. A 4 minute walk to surf and surrounded by some of the best restaurants in town
Nalu Yoga studio and gym is a one minute walk as well as surf schools. The best is the 5 minute walk to the organic famers market. Condos del Sol is a complex of 10 lovely units with a gated private parking and 24/7 guard living on site. We have a shared pool and bbq grill area. Condo Carolina #10 is the top floor corner unit with a private stairway access, a large balcony and corner windows with jungle plant views galore. The living area, kitchen and breakfast bar has 16 foot vaulted ceiling. The kitchen is stocked with modern amenities and premium cooking supplies. The living area has a library to share, Flat screen smart T.V. and A/C, and games for kids. The two bedrooms are supplied with luxury linens and towels. There is a safe for securing any valuables and property manager in town for any support.

Great spot

Great location, comfortable place, and a wonderful host! Caroline's condo is close to good restaurants, shops, and a little market, and -- most importantly -- it's a short walk or bike ride to the beach. We also loved picking up the nearby jungle trails to get around town. The condo itself has a lovely covered patio, perfect for working or reading a book. Inside, there's lots of space, comfortable beds, and everything else we needed. Would certainly recommend to others.

I have been living here part time for over 20 years. I know the allure and magic of Playa Guiones. Condo Carolina is my home in Costa Rica but when I am not in paradise it is cool to share the experience and joy of this place. Surf is down the road, yoga and gym next door, cafes and restaurants a minute away, and the pool is 10 seconds away. PURA VIDA!

Why they chose this property

Condo Carolina is located in one of the most convenient and quiet areas of Guiones. It is mid Guiones, right next door to NALU STUDIO, EL LOCAL restaurant, PACIFICO AZUL restaurant, 3 minute walk to Corky Carrolls surf school, 4 min walk to DESTINY CAFE and the beach. One of the most awesome aspects of the condo is that you have HECTOR living on the premises who is our 24/7 guard. The private driveway gates are closed at sunset and open at sunrise with a coded entrance for the guests. Hector manages the property and is an awesome resource. There is a pool just steps away from my place and a bbq grill. Lush greens surround the wall of my condo and windows overlook jungle foliage. A true haven.
