A Piece of Paradise in the Heart of Playa Guiones
This 2 bedroom, 2 bath home is your perfect jungle/beach getaway. Located just steps from the beach and all the happening North End has to offer, its in the most ideal location nestled on a small quaint street. See the monkeys in the trees and go to sleep to the sounds of the jungle. 5-10 min walk to the beach, restaurants, bars, mini market, skate park, surfboard rentals & tour companies, etc. No transport needed, so it’s up to you if you'd like some wheels (ATV, car, bike) for your stay.
This house has all the details~overstocked kitchen , BBQ area, hot water, cold AC, excellent high speed WiFi and is a functional space perfect for up to 4 people. It has a great porch for dining outside, and the kitchen is a chefs dream.
Wifi has just been upgraded to high speed fiber optic!
Playa Guiones is a laid back beach town with a friendly crowd of ppl. Because of its popularity it’s now expanding at a high rate & therefore construction is happening around our house. We hope that the noise isn’t inconvenient but around the beach areas in most houses you will be exposed to construction noise while this town expands.
There are occasional iguanas on the roof but that is just part of life in the jungle!

Originally from the East Coast of the USA, I have spent 10 years in beautiful Nosara. Currently splitting my time between Nosara & the Colorado Rockies, I am a personal chef and enjoy living outdoors & traveling as much as possible.
Why they chose this property
Casa Pisces was a labor of love, finished in February 2018. After living several years in Costa Rica I designed this house with nature, simplicity, security, and creature comforts in mind. It is a functional small space (just under 1,200 square feet) with a ton of character.
What makes this property unique
Nosara is a unique town, full of good people, talented artists in their crafts, and an abundance of beautiful beaches, wildlife & experiences. It is the perfect family vacation spot, as well as the spiritual seeking solo traveler experience, or a romantic getaway for couples.
