This listing is for the lower-level two bedroom unit (the second level is a separate studio unit) The lower unit has its own private driveway, entrance, and exclusive use of the pool. The only shared space with the upper level studio is an exterior laundry room.

This 2-bedroom home is located in the heart of North Guiones. Walk to cafes, restaurants, mini-market, and boutique shops within 5 minutes, and a 12 minute walk to the beach to surf.

This two bedroom home is spacious and comfortable. The living room opens onto a large rancho with a salt-water pool offering a tree line views of the jungle. Guests can enjoy dinners at the large hand crafted Guanacaste table beneath ceiling fans and hanging lights to make the perfect setting for entertaining with a small group of friends. The outdoor area has access to a half bath and an outdoor shower for after surf and beach.

The home sleeps 6 people. The master bedroom is furnished with a king and a twin bed. The second bedroom is furnished with two queen beds for a total of 4 beds. Both bedrooms have bathrooms, ceiling fans, and AC. The kitchen is fully equipped and well stocked for up to 6 people.

The second level of the home is a separate studio unit with its own entrance. If it is not occupied, it can be rented for an additional fee. The rate will depend on dates and number of nights. Please inquire. The studio sleep up to (2) people in a King bed.

Surf, Yoga and Ahhh!

Fantastic home in the heart of Nosara. Convenient to the beach, yoga studios and shopping. Our family had an amazing time. The property manager was fantastic - she gave us a ton of recommendations and helped arrange a private chef for one evening at the home. Nosara is off the beaten path but well worth it!

amazing property

walking distance to everything necessary but we rented a golf cart to explore a little farther. Angela, the property manager suggested some great restaurants, in addition to the many that were within a 12 minute walking range. 7 minute walk to the beach to surf, watch sunsets or whale watch. The property also had a pool for cooling off while watching the monkeys,iguanas, raccoons, coatimundis, etc.. Such a relaxing and casual lifestyle in Playa Guiones.

three generation holiday escape

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and this house was a great option for our family, with three bedrooms and 3 baths. The steps to the loft were a little too much for my elderly mom to navigate regularly, so she stayed on the main level, which worked great. The house was very close to everything and a great location. The outdoor area was great and we were able to enjoy the pool regularly. Everything was pretty much as listed. There were a few minor issues upon arrival (as expected in the jungle) , which the property manager took care of very quickly (much faster than some of my previous rentals) and provided excellent communication.

Great rental for a week

Property was just as described in listing. Plenty if not too much room for our family of five. We did not end up using upstairs studio, but it was nice to have if needing to spread out. Kitchen was supplied with everything to cook. We spent most of our time sitting out at outdoor seating around the pool. The property management was top notch and met us at property to give us a tour and instructions. She was also readily available via WhatsApp with questions that came up during the week. Would definitely recommend to others and would love to come back to next time in Nosara.

Great stay growing area

The house was great and management was superb. The upper and lower levels are not connected but we did not find this a problem - unless you are planning on stashing kids up there😁 - also the ladder to the loft is not kid friendly - think ladder not stairs this is evident in the photos. The only real negative is the building that is going on below it is Very noisy and starts early in the morning and prob will be happening for awhile. Not a fault of owner just a sign of changing times. It wasn’t that bad except for the early morning - also the noise is much louder in the upstairs than the main floor. If you are not planning on staying at the house during the day it shouldn’t be an issue. The house is walkable 1/2 mile to the beach and town but you prob will want a car or ATV (over golf cart). I would stay here again.

Beautiful property

I rented this property with my husband, 2 kids, and my parents. The property is beautiful - just like the pictures. The location was great for us. It’s just a bit off the main area of restaurants, etc, but definitely walkable. We ended up renting golf carts to make it a bit easier, but you don’t have to. We rented the whole property and loved the loft space. It does have a separate entrance from the downstairs, just FYI. Nosara was amazing, and we hope to come back soon!

Right in the heart of Guiones

This was a beautifully appointed new home that was perfect for being in the heart of the town. Easy walking to the best surf breaks and all the local places to shop and eat. Everyone in the local town is very friendly and eager to help. The home sits right above one of the main roads which can have some local ATV/motorcycle noise but that was minimal during our 8 nights there. The house manager Angela was a very good communicator and helpful for our first stay in Nosara. The home was plenty spacious for the 5 adults and two younger children on this trip. We had monkeys with their babies in the trees right out the back which were a delight! The furniture and the beds were comfortable, which if you've stayed in CR before is not always the case. I think we were the property's first rental so there weren't the amount of spices and cooking staples that come with time but when I asked about a hairdryer the manager brought a new one for me right away! Thank you Angela! I would say the best thing is to not shop in the town for groceries but go just outside to get better pricing. We definitely discovered some local tips from others as the week went on. We loved the pool here to dip in at the end of the day or from a walk as it was very humid at this time of year. Fishing Nosara was a great place to rent a golf cart for the week just for fun and also we booked a horseback riding tour with them. A beautiful and very local experience as the guide took us through the river to his mothers home for lunch! Super memorible and fun! We also used Angela's recommendation for zip lining and that was a blast! A wonderful vacation for everyone!
