New Beach House with Direct Beach Access in North Guiones, Nosara
Our Beach House was designed with the ease beach living in mind. Walk outside your door, barefoot, and meander through the beautiful 200M refuge forest to check the surf through the day. Return from the beach to your ensuite bathroom, accessed from the outdoor garden, directly into your spacious King Suite. Or, take an outdoor shower and climb the spiral stairs to the terrace above for your yoga practice, work-out or hammock time. The Beach House is equipped to be the gathering space for families, friends or groups staying in the 6 suites on property as well. There are yoga props for up to 15 to use in the rancho. The open concept kitchen, living and dining room invites entertaining groups. Private Chef recommendations available upon inquiry.

About the host
Your host
Everyone who lands in Nosara has a story that goes like this: "I came here on vacation and decided to stay." Well, our story isn't much different, except that it was over 20 years ago and things were much different back then. Traveling to Nosara in the early 2000's was not for the faint of heart. The search for waves and adventure is what lured us both to Nosara, where we met, out in the water on a glassy July morning, right at the end of our beach trail in 2002. We were in the right place, at the right time and little by little, we carved out our niche. The Beach House is the manifestation of the dream that we both shared: to live a conscious life of surf, yoga and community.
Why they chose this property
For over 20 years, we walked through the once vacant land of Iluminar to access the beach trail from our business, KayaSol Surf Hotel (now known as Norte). When it came up for sale, we immediately pulled every string we had to acquire it. The beach trail is like the yellow brick road, worth its weight in gold!
What makes this property unique
Direct beach access and desirable North Guiones location: around the corner from the restaurants, shops and markets yet tucked away in a serene garden, bordered by the 200M beach refuge. Although there is parking, there is no need for a car unless you are wanting to take day trips. The Beach House is built atop a crystal grid and was the home of a healing arts center for several years. Good vibes, good location and made with love!
