The place was clean and perfect for our stay. We were in town for a wedding and didn’t use the kitchen much. We liked having an upstairs TV area. It was close to everything we needed and close to a grocery store and mall. We also liked being able to park our car in the garage.

This place is in a convenient location. It is NOT for anyone who wants to cook their own meals. There was only two very small fry pans (only big enough to fry two eggs) and two very small sauce pans, NO pan large enough to boil pasta. Very limited cutlery, utensils, and the knives for preparing food are very dull. There are two small casserole dishes but no salad bowls or serving bowls. Pretty bare for preparing food and definitely not enough supplies for preparing for the amount of people this unit sleeps. The refrigerator needed to be cleaned before we placed food inside. The rest of the home was clean. It has garage parking which was very nice to utilize. The master bed is a platform bed so it is very firm. It was great to have the laundry upstairs.Linens are just okay. Multiple places to watch tv if you want that. There are odorous plugins in the kitchen and garage which are overwhelming.

It was not very clean. The kitchen floor was sticky from when we first walked in. I wore new indoor shoes inside the house only and the soles were black when we left. It needs a major deep clean. Not enough plates. utensils, etc. No cooking items. There were burned out lights. It was not well taken care of.

For a 100 cleaning fee, the unit was not very clean. The carpet seemed to not be vacuumed, some trash cans were not emptied.

This is a nice property and accurate from the online pictures. Was clean but not as well stocked with eccentials as other rentals we have stayed in. We liked the location close to areas we planned to visit in Idaho falls, close to stores and restaurants. Overall a good experience for us here.
