Welcome to this 2022 newly built luxury 2-level spacious house. It features 2 beds & 3 baths. Attached 3 car garage and guest parking available to park up to 6 cars.
This unit is best for 4 people. In addition, it also has an extra queen size airbed.
Additional features include central AC/heat, LED lighting, new refrigerator, new washer and dryer, new smart TV, free Wi-Fi and many more. A quick drive from Old Town Pasadena and Caltech, the house is located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Easy access to freeways 210 and 134.
Before booking, please read the following rules carefully.
1. Cannabis smoking is prohibited in the property.
2. No party at any time
3. No pet is allowed
4. Guest must report any issue one hour after checking in and host will try to address the issue as soon as possible.
5. Maximum number of guests is 5, no additional guest is allowed to enter the property without pre-approval. Violation will incur a penalty of $50 per person per day.
6. If you are a very demanding guest, please find another host.
7. If you have any special requirement, contact the host in advance before making your reservation.
Important parking information.
There are two units in the front. The unit that you will check in is Unit B, which is right next to the garage. So you will enter from the door right next to the garage, not the door right next to the driveway entrance.
When you arrive, you will park your car in front of the two-car garage door, please do not park your car in front of the one-car garage door so it will not block cars of guest in another unit.
