Our condo has a fully stocked kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, downstairs kitchenette, cozy living room w/ fireplace & large back patio with outdoor furniture.

This 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom 1st floor condo offers two living areas.

Please Make sure storm door is latched when going in or out as wind can be strong and damage door if not closed properly.

Great communication with an our host who is pleasantly open to ideas for the house. Incredibly convenient to the slopes with a little walk to ski in / ski out. Also incredibly convenient to the grocery store, pizza place and barbecue joint. We will be back!

We love Klonteska, great location!

Second time visiting this time of year to enjoy the cold weather activities, sledding hill is great for young kiddos, restaurants near by, able to walk if desired! We also enjoy the arcade across the street at famous pizzeria for the kids. This home was clean and cozy, mostly well stocked kitchen could have used a larger baking pan and dryer took really long time but that was it, we will visit again!

Perfect Spot!

We stayed at this property while in town for a wedding taking place at Overlook Barn. It was so close to the wedding venue, and within a close distance to Banner Elk, Linville and Beech Mountain. We really enjoyed out stay and had plenty of room for 5 adults - we for sure could have fit a few more people! Kay was extremely attentive and stayed in touch with us throughout our visit. She offered lots of suggestions for activities, dining and more. We really enjoyed our stay here and hope to visit again!

This condo is perfect for your entire family or a friends getaway weekend.
Centrally located in the heart of Beech Mountain it is a close walk directly onto the slopes for winter skiing or spring/summer mountain biking.
Easily access to multiple hiking trails, NC breweries & wineries.
There are several restaurants in walking distance from the condo or stock up on supplies at Fred's Mercantile.

Downtown Banner Elk is a short 10-minute drive from the condo where there are several restaurants, shopping and outdoor entertainment (seasonal).

What makes this property unique

Our condo has a dual living area, upstairs & downstairs.
Both are spacious and fully equipped.
This unit creates some privacy between floors allowing for all amenities up & downstairs.
The downstair have a bedroom, full bath, couch, flat screen TV, mini fridge, sink and microwave.

The upstairs has a full kitchen, (2) bedrooms and (2) bathrooms.
There is private access to both upstairs and downstairs.
