This spacious home is conveniently situated in the charming Orchard District. The home has been tastefully remodeled and decorated. Enjoy the chef's kitchen, big back patio and cozy fireplace. Downtown is just a 5 minute drive and 10 minute bike ride. Take your pup for a short stroll over to Hollinshead Park for fun with other dogs and a nice walk amongst the trees.

Decent house to stay in. Little janky here and there. Door handles loose and the back deck is missing two concrete supports. Didn’t feel safe walking on it. Two ceiling fans wouldn’t work. Otherwise an okay place to stay.

Great spot and amazing location!

We loved our time in Bend! The space was beautiful and had thoughtful touches like a dog bed for our pup. The backyard and porch was part of our favorite moments of the week here. Plenty of room for the pups to run and for many games of croquette! We will be back and would definitely stay here again!

Loved our 5 night stay for our daughter's wedding in Bend

The pictures of this property do not disappoint in person. Just loved the open airiness of the house. Here are our favorite things about the house: 1. Location - So easy and central, quiet neighborhood 2. The kitchen - excellent appliances, includes almost everything you need (Weber grill on back deck as well) 3. The back deck - bigger than it appears in the pictures 4. Sitting room - with TV - so much bright light, nice furniture, a couple of throw blankets. 5. Mini Splits in all three bedrooms and main room - kept house cool through the hot summer days, along with ceiling fans 6. Washing machine/dryer high quality in basement 7. Anna was so each to communicate with on a regular basis 8. A surprising number of good spiced available in kitchen drawer. What is missing: 1. No iron - bring your own if needed 2. The description of the house does not mention the mini splits and a prior guest said "no a/c" - but that is not accurate - the A/C IS the mini splits. You will be comfortable there. 3. One bathroom had shampoo/soap, the other bathroom did not (or I should say - the very bottom of old bottles of shampoo) 4. A ceiling fan wasn't working in the master but my husband (who is a master electrician) got it working again. 5. Mixing bowls, pitcher, and some other kitchen amenities. 6. A container for recyclables in the kitchen - just be aware that glass cannot go in the big recycle bin in driveway. 7. The small oven does not work, the big oven does work.

We have a lovely little home, the original 'Little City Bungalow' in Midtown, where we live with the two cutest dogs in the world, Charlie, a rescue mutt, and Poppy, an Australian Labradoodle.
