Great for large group of guests, perfect for business gatherings, family reunion. 8 units with private entrance; smart lock, total of 9 bedrooms with 8 bathrooms. Outdoor 4ft deep private pool is great for little children.

📌 Please keep your pets away from the pool and bed
📌 Please do not have AC on with doors/windows open. Any damage to the AC will be billed to the guest with receipt provided.
📌 Please do not flush anything down the toilets, plumbing fees will be billed to you if the toilet is clogged with receipt provided.
📌 Excess cleaning there will be an additional deep cleaning fee billed to the guest with receipt provided.
📌 Security deposit will be taken away if we find out there is any house party occur during the stay. Any visitors, pets need to report to us.

It’s a fraud—Beware

The house is advertised as a nine bedroom house, but beware. The neighborhood was sketchy for a house that big and it’s because this is not a house at all. It’s a refurbished Motel 6. The building is in bad condition, the units are not unkept, it smells of sewage. There is no living room or kitchen with refrigerator and microwave. The dining space is in gone of the many separate units. We did not stay once we saw the property and I’m in a battle to get my money back. If you have a family and think you are paying $1500+ per night for a nice house, you will be quite disappointed. It’s a fraud. Book someplace else.
