With a front camping and parking area for all your toys or extra guest with a camper (at an extra fee has power). 2 minutes to town within walking distance. With every thing a small village can provide and Roscommon has lots of history . Higgins, Houghton, and Lake St Helen about 15 minutes. To many golf courses to list. Fishing, hunting, snowmobiling, cross country skiing, down hill skiing, snow shoeing. Bird watching, canoeing, kayaking, tubing, festivals, Hartwick pines.Pere Cheny, Firemans Memorial, West Branch and Grayling about 20 minutes. Or just kick back and enjoy nature. No hunting is allowed on the property. viewing only. Respect the 5 mph speed limit on Kepler Dr/Trail and all neighbors privacy thanks

We stayed here for a bachelorette party and the bride just wanted to float down the river! The home was beautiful, even better than the pictures, and there was wild life everywhere! 20/10 would stay there again!

Loved it!

Very beautiful, new construction, open concept, spacious and super comfortable. Close to Hartwick Pines and the Au Sable is in the back yard. Lots of wildlife (deer, turkeys). Secluded feeling, but close to town. Easy communication with the host. Highly recommend.

Very nice home. Foosball table was a lot of fun. Even though we didn't cook the kitchen was very well stocked. I lived in the area 8 years ago but had forgotten how bad the mosquitoes could be. The wrap around porch was awesome but couldn't sit outside, even with bug spray and citronella candles. Possibly a small screened in section would be nice.

Secluded wood private 14 acres 1/2 mile of river front. 8 minute walk to town. The wildlife on the property is amazing. The Mason track on South Branch of the AuSable River is about 15 minutes. I've been fishing it before I could drive. Roscommon county with Higgins, Houghton, and Lake St Helen is a beautiful area to be.
