Welcome to the Creamsicle Cottage in historic downtown Cedar Key. This cozy one level home is a two block walk away from the sunset beach on G Street, where you can join the town to watch the stunning sunsets that the island is famous for. And if you`re in the mood for some shopping, dining, or strolling, you`re in luck – we`re also just three blocks away from downtown on 2nd Street, where you`ll find our vibrant and bustling community center.

We also know that your furry friends are an important part of your life, which is why we`re proud to be a pet-friendly property. So bring your pup along – there are plenty of dog-friendly spots in town (Cedar Key State Park is our favorite), and your four-legged friend will love exploring with you.

And if you`re coming with a boat or a trailer, we`ve got you covered – we offer boat and trailer parking right here on our property. So whether you`re an experienced fisherman or just looking to try something new, you can hit the water with ease.

Inside, our cottage is cozy and comfortable, with everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. You`ll find a well-appointed kitchen, a comfortable living room, and two bedrooms (one king and one queen bed) that can sleep up to four guests.

-Do not trespass on other people`s property, this includes docks and driveways
-Please be careful where you park, don`t block people in, use neighbors property, park on the sidewalk or impede traffic
-Parties and/or events are not allowed
-No smoking inside or within 10 feet of doors or windows $250 fine if the property smells of smoke
-Unauthorized pets will result in a $250 fine for each animal
-$150/person/day fee for over occupancy limit
-Please don’t eat or drink anything besides water in the bedroom
-Quiet hours 10 pm to 7 am per local Noise Ordinance
-Please respect the check-in and check-out times. $500 for each 4 hours, or portion unauthorized thereof, of early check-in and late checkout.
-Guests are responsible for any damage they cause. If something does happen contact us ASAP and we will see if there’s a way to quickly take care of the issue before it gets worse and costs more.
-Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
-Please do your dishes.
-No illegal substances allowed on premises.

- ESA and service animals require documentation and adherence to our policies.
- Do not set the AC below 72° or heat above 78°.
- If there are kayaks or bikes included in the rental, use these responsibly, following all Florida regulations. Not all units under management include kayaks or bikes, please reference the listing to see included amenities. You confirm you are trained in the use of kayaks and bicycles. You are responsible for any damages or injuries resulting from their use.
