Welcome to the Fairy House, a one-of-a-kind historic cottage in downtown Sevierville! This home is located minutes away from Dollywood and all the main attractions in the Pigeon Forge area. With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms you will have all the space you need for a comfy, memorable vacation in the Smokies.

The property boasts charm as you enter and find yourself emerged in whimsical decor and plenty of space. The dining and kitchen area is fully equipped, including a coffee bar and seating for 6. Moving on into the living room you can cozy up in front of the fire, or even slip out on the front porch to enjoy some sites of historic downtown Sevierville.

The master bedroom has a king size bed and a private, attached bath with a stand-up shower. Bedroom 2 holds two twin beds, and bedroom 3 has a full size bed. These rooms are separated by a shared bath off of the hallway that has a shower/tub combo.

Unit is fully-equipped and is stocked with all essentials, linen and fast and reliable high speed internet. Smart devices are on all TVs. Expansive parking is completely flat and can fit 6 cars, or even a trailer.

A great place to relax but close to all the excitement the area is noted for.

I stayed here for a 4-day trip to the area with my dog, Cody. My daughter, her husband and their two children already had nearby hotel accommodations, but we planned on spending our time together during the day. The house, originally a small country cottage style was updated and enlarged to include three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a nicely sized kitchen, dining area and enclosed back porch area we found quite comfortable. My grandson wanted to stay with me and I was happy to oblige! Everything inside the house was clean and in good repair and made us feel relaxed and at home. The bedroom I chose had a king-sized bed that was soooooo comfortably. I slept like a rock. One morning we awoke to find out a fierce storm passed thru overnight but neither my grandson nor I were woken by it--we both slept right through it. The house is centrally located in an enclave of like cottage style houses and quiet little neighborhood appears to be experiencing a lot of revitalization. Nice wide sidewalks were in good repair for dog walking. Cody was intent on exploring every one of them. The budding trees and pleasant neighborhood beckoned me to walk and explore them as well. A school and churches are located nearby as was a handful of small businesses, gift shops and salons. Anything we needed was located nearby and easy to get to. Overall, I thought the house was adorable and certainly a good way to save an aging structure. I will certainly rebook the next time I'm in the area.

Convenient Location

This location was very convenient to everything you might need or want to do. The owner was very responsive to texts or emails. The only negative comment is the blinds on the windows do not give privacy as you can see into the inside from outside

Tv doesn't have cable.

Would not have stayed at this rental had I known there was no cable for Tv only streaming. Texted owner and was made aware of the the problem. Also, the couch is very old and worn out, we did not use stove only a couple of utensils.The last night there,there was a huge roach in kitchen sink, my husband tried to kill it but it went behind stove. The only positive thing in the stay was, the bed was comfortable.

Not a bad stay, quiet neighborhood

This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house is a neat older house. The twin beds were not comfortable for adults..at all! The kitchen is cute, just don't expect it to be fully furnished. There wasn't ANY silverware and very limited cookware. However, there is a coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, and stove.

Very nice house

I feel as though this house is undergoing some transitions and almost ready for guests. The entire house was very nice although the cobwebs and dust everywhere was unsettling and there were areas that we dusted to make it a little more comfortable. A thorough cleaning would do so much for such a lovely home.
