Graduation day

We were in Emporia for a college graduation and the location was great. The property has some rough edges but it was fine for our needs. There were only dishes for 4 people and this is a 3 bedroom so dishes for 6 would help.

Owner unresponsive. He ghosted us

I rented this a month in advance. I was in contact with him a couple of days prior to arrival asking when I would get access information. He responded I would get it just prior to check in. Check in was 4 pm on Friday. I reached out an hour before and right at 4 asking for check in information. Got to home at 4:30. I let him know we were there and still needed check in information. I tried all forms of trying to get hold of him with no answer. Waited for 1.5 hours at house asking for access information NEVER a got a response. We had to scramble for a place to stay for two nights for our family of 7 starting on a Friday night. No One should ever consider this home and this owner. Then he didn’t want to offer a full refund!! I had to argue to get it. NEVER a again!! Stay Away!
