The room was better than I would expect for a low price point. Communication with the owner was outstanding and the check in was very easy. We opted to use it as a central location and did a day trip each day (Kennebunkport, Salem, and the White Mountain region ). The room has a deck that is in the side of the building and has an ocean view with a walk to the beach in less than a minute from the front door. Lots of linens for your stay. Great experience!

Wonderful Little Getaway

The place was exactly how it was pictured clean, was stocked with any necessities we would need! The unit owner even left us a basket of snacks and wine and soft drinks in the refrigerator! The ocean/seashore motif, as well as being right across the street from the beach, gave it great ambiance! We will definitely be going again!

The unit was very clean and had everything we needed. We loved sitting on the balcony in the morning drinking our coffee looking at the ocean. We'd sit out there at night with the ocean breeze looking at all the lights along the blvd. The owner sent a welcome text with information on the unit and things to do around Hampton.
