Large, bright secluded house in the forest. 10 minute drive to Snug Cove and 2 minute walk to bus route. 5 minute drive to multiple beaches. Rooftop deck, hot tub, BBQ, outdoor patios/dining areas, wood fireplace, professional interior design. Fully equipped kitchen and kids amenities. Multiple parking spaces. NOTE: we have two indoor/outdoor cats and quiet, tenant living in basement suite. Business Licence # 00000679
