Iconic Waterfront 3-Story Home with Views in Gibsons BC, Sleeps 16

You can't get any better than this location! You'll be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located heritage home on the waterfront! Located in the heart of Gibsons, this self-contained space is walking distance to shops, restaurants, etc.

*Note: This space includes the all three floors of the home, and is fully equipped with all of the comforts and convenience of home. The upper floor is a separate suite with a separate entrance and is not reachable from the second floor inside the home. This is an older, iconic, heritage-style home.

*NOTE: Extra bed option: there are 2 sofa beds that can sleep three people total (1 is a queen, over is 120cm wide) in addition to the 16 people the house sleeps. If you would like to use either sofa bed, please let us know when you book, and we will arrange to have the bedding prepared. Charge is $50/night per bed in July/August, and $30/night per bed the rest of the months.

1. All returning guests who have already stayed with us will receive a 10% discount off their nightly rate for their next booking, at any of our properties.


2. If prior guests refer new guests, the new guests receive a 5% discount off their nightly rate, and the prior guests will receive an incentive of 5% sent to them by e-transfer, at any of our properties. Please let us know who referred you via message upon booking!

For a large group (we had 13) this is a large sprawling space in an absolutely incredible location....right on the seawalk path, and less than 10 minutes walk from the cluster of restaurants in Gibsons. The mgmt is also quickly responsive to any issues.

New years in Gibsons
We had a wonderful stay at this ocean front property in Gibsons. We were a group of 14 adults, my 11 week old son, and our friends 2 year old child. The property had a great communal kitchen/living room on the bottom floor for our entire group to hangout and have meals/watch tv. We would recommend this place and look to stay again in the future.

We booked this home for a relatively small (about 13 people) family reunion consisting mostly of adults, a toddler and a few of our canine companions. Jamie was great to work with in the lead up to the trip and the house was better than advertised. The waterfront location was spectacular and could not be beat. The home is right on the waterfront pathway that leads to town and we loved walks to the pier and the farmers market. We got lucky and had amazing weather for mid October and took advantage of the beautiful yard. The kitchens in the upstairs suite and the main suite were well equipped and we didn’t feel we were missing anything an other than perhaps an extra cutting board. The hosts kindly provided coffee and sugar which was much appreciated. My husband and I stayed in the adorable garden suite. The heater was more than adequate and we didn’t find it a hardship to use the bathroom on the main floor. The rest of the family was split between the. Two suites in the main house and commented on how quiet it was and that the sound hardly carried at all. I don’t think we’d been in the home an hour before our group started making plans to return both as a family and with different groups as well. It’s safe to say that we will be back! Thanks for providing us with such a wonderful venue for us to come together and celebrate.

Absolutely beautiful location and property, recommended for anyone. Was clean, a few local critters but should be expected. Lots of stairs to be aware of but expected to be on the shoreline. Everything provided made it so easy to show up and settle in!
