Welcome to The Mariner Suites located at Hollywood beach! This unique unit has been recently remodeled to make your stay with us memorable. The room has new plank flooring, flat screen T.V., air conditioning unit, showers, and all new furnishings. A full service kitchen is also available for your use, as well as a 4-place dining table. You can enjoy the pool and lounge area within premises, as well as numerous activities along the boardwalk just a few steps away. *private balcony in unit!

Room:
Our private room is 452 Square feet in size and includes two (2) queen beds, full kitchenette and dining area. The room also offers a Roku TV, free Wi-Fi, an American coffee machine, a full freezer and fridge, closet with hangers, and beach towels. The bathroom has a shower, a hair dryer, some basic toiletries such as soap, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion.

The Mariner Suites is located just 6.0 mi from Fort Lauderdale International Airport and 8 mi from Port Everglades Cruise Terminal. The building interiors have been recently renovated, and the units count with all modern amenities.

There are four (4) steps to enter the property from the ground level.

Payed washing and drying machines in common area

Location is unbeatable, right in front of the Hollywood beach and boardwalk. No rental car is needed to make the best out of your stay in the area.

The parking space assigned to your unit fits one car, and it is the guest responsibility to keep it locked while not in use.

A security deposit of $250 is made to the payment method used. It is a temporary hold in the account that will be removed once the guest leaves the property. It is in case of any damage made during the stay that must be covered, we will inform you during the cleaning process.
- Try to avoid noise. Remember you are in a residential area.
- Excessive noise will be fined $100
- Each guest must send us their ID before arrival, so they can register at the front desk.
- Please, DO NOT Smoke inside the Room $300 smoking fine.
- Keep rooms items inside the house.

- Check-out is at 11:00am. If you need to request a late check out please contact us 24 hours prior and if it’s possible we will arrange it :)
- We can NOT be responsible for packages (Amazon, Ebay, Best Buy, etc.) sent to the property’s address.

Formidable.

C'est environ notre 6ième visite au Mariner. La dernière fois c'était en mars 2020 (début de la COVID). Cette année on a apprécié les rénovations de la chambre. Avec le Sping Break il y avait beaucoup trop de jeunes qui se rassemblaient et il y a eu beaucoup de bruit jusqu'à tard dans la nuit. Par le passé le propriétaire était sur les lieux et il y avait beaucoup plus de surveillance.

Room is fine, neighborhood is not!

I want to start by saying the room itself is fine.It was clean, updated, had a kitchen, (side note: coffee maker needs filters and coffee though (1-4 size.) Property is steps from the ocean & you can see if from the balcony. All of that is great. I hesitated to leave this review because the room itself really is decent; however, the property is located in an area that felt extremely unsafe. We were instantly uncomfortable when we pulled up & I was especially scared for my teenage daughter. She got out of the car to take down the rope for our parking space & within seconds a car stopped in front of her & she was approached by a man trying to get her to go with him. He looked to be in his 30's & my daughter very clearly looks underage. We also had a small rental car & because of the rain, there was so much flooding in the streets that I couldn't drive the car back to the property. After one night's stay, feeling unsafe, being approached by the man & then flooding, we decided to leave the property & find a safer neighborhood, even though we wouldn't get a refund. You can't put a price on feeling safe where you're staying & sleeping and spending the extra money to go somewhere else was the best decision I could've made. If you've been to Hollywood beach before & you feel comfortable in that area, then this a great option for you.
