Delavan, Wisconsin Lakefront Vacation Rental

Peaceful and tastefully furnished 3BD/2BA home within walking distance of the historic downtown Delavan entertainment district. With 65' of Lake Frontage, take in the beautiful view or escape to nearby attractions, including live music, skiing, restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, and more. Enjoy a walk around the lake, relax on the large deck area, or move to the fire pit located on the back lawn; there will be no shortage of opportunities to unwind.

The property has 3 Bedrooms and 2 baths. The front bedroom has one King bed, the small middle bedroom has one Queen bed, and the back bedroom has a queen bed and a bunkbed. There is a one person sofa couch and a twin air mattress available if needed. There are plenty of pots and pans, silverware, glasses, plastic cups for outside use, and some outdoor furniture is available as well. There is a desk in the back area by the kitchen, and a full laundry room is provided for your use. The home has a smart TV with access to most streaming services.

Around the corner from Downtown Delavan with all the shopping/restaurants/nightlife. Down the street is Mill Pond, a swimming area with a small beach and lifeguards.

The lake has beautiful views and good fishing, but it's a no-wake lake. Our shoreline is rocky and unsuitable for swimming, but the Mill Pond is just down the street. The city manages the Mill Pond with a beach and lifeguards.

Also, both bathrooms have showers, but the property has no bathtub.

Sometimes, pictures do lie.

Was excited to relax in the "beautiful lake view", only to find it was not as promised or pictured. The area was not what one might call "vacation-like" atmosphere. The view in the photo was nothing like the actual view from the house. Very disappointed.

We stayed 3 nights and really enjoyed this rental property. It's clean and well maintained, bed was comfortable, and it has a large, well-equipped kitchen. Large deck out back was a very pleasant place to sit and relax. Location is decent, a 5 min walk to all the Delavan main street stores, and half an hour drive to Lake Geneva. Can recommend.

Our party of six had plenty of space here to enjoy the Lake Delavan attractions and the area of Lake Geneva nearby. The house was clean and tidy on our arrival and the host responded promptly to the questions we had. We could come here again!

Had a girl's weekend and we all loved it! Easy walk to main street Delavan to some fine restaurants and pubs. The bedrooms were comfy and the whole place was spotless.! We will be booking with Tom and Amy for our next girls weekend next year!

Girls weekend getaway!

We rented with Tom at his wonderful cabin in Delevan! We had 9 girls and it was a blast. Tom was great at communicating with me before our trip and was also very attentive when I had questions during our stay. The view was beautiful and overall it was a great weekend!

Our stay at this home was very lovely. The house was well kept and clean. The weather did not cooperate so we were unable to do any of the outdoor activities but there was plenty to do had it been nicer outside. I would definitely stay her again when in the area.

Came to visit my daughter for her birthday. The house was really nice and clean. The beds were great. Bathrooms clean and updated. Kitchen nice and big. Plenty of couches to lounge and visit and watch movies. No complaints. I would recommend this property to anyone.

My friends and I booked this house for the 4th of July week and we absolutely loved staying here. The house was very clean when we walked in, the TV had convenient/watchable apps, the beds were perfect and comfy, etc. Tom was great and had fast communication for whatever questions I had prior to my stay and during my stay. Nice House but Outdoor Space Needs Work

This house was clean and very well stocked both with towels and kitchen supplies. We were happy with the location and the easy drive to Lake Geneva. Our host was easy to contact and handled our question immediately, But upon arrival, we were disappointed with the overgrown state of the yard, especially the front. We looked forward to the beautiful backyard but unfortunately the stairway access was so overgrown with vines we found it difficult to use.

Best rental ever

This house was perfect, so nicely appointed! Plenty of room to spread out, we especially enjoyed the back deck overlooking the massive yard and lake, if had cooler weather we definitely would’ve been out playing bocce and sitting by the fire. The beds were all very comfortable, and had nice bedding. The kitchen is open and has everything needed. Downtown area is 2 blocks away with several good restaurants. Mill Pond is a 5 minute walk, cute little spot to swim, play in the sand and relax. The host was very communicative and a pleasure to work with. We stay in several rentals a year throughout the country and MX and this place gets a perfect 10 in our eyes.

Alway Love Viewing A Lake

The house was very clean and communication with Tom was easy and quick. The outdoor deck is really large and a great place to sit and chat while enjoying the pretty view of the lake. The park just across the lake was a relaxing and peaceful place to fish. Our meals in town were very good. Our only sticky point was the bedrooms being upstairs, because we're all in our 60's and stairs are, unfortunately, often a challenge. We definitely enjoyed our trip in Delavan!

We were working in the area. The guys really enjoyed the spacious deck. They spent 90% of the time outside enjoying the lake views. I can’t find one thing to complain about except maybe the pan situation. Some nonstick frying pans would be nice. The beds and linens were great. The location to downtown is unbelievable. 1 block and your at 10 bars and restaurants. I’m staying there again if I’m back in the area.

Easter Weekend

We were the first renters of this property after recent renovations. The upstairs bedrooms and bathroom were great. Everything was fresh and new! Beds were comfortable and new shower upstairs was awesome! The main sitting area with the TV was comfortable and we were able to enjoy a few good movies and games as a family. The kitchen was nice and big, but not as well equipped as I would have liked for cooking a big Easter meal. The chairs/stools in the kitchen were not very sturdy or comfortable. The view of the lake from the back deck was beautiful and we got very lucky with perfect weather to sit outside each day! Overall, the outside needs a lot of work. We realized that the renovations focused on the inside of the house and there was probably no time do clean up outside but as of now, the outside “curb appeal “ as a lot to be desired. Lots of potential to make an amazing outdoor space! The house is walking distance to restaurants and a short drive to a grocery store. It is also a short 20 min drive into Lake Geneva! Tom was very helpful during the entire rental process and communication was great!
