Nice place, but too many waterbugs

Pros: - Really nice unit (nice appliances, setup, decor, electronics, etc.) - Clean upon arrival - Stocked with towels and other items Cons: - We encountered a lot of waterbugs during our stay (somewhat expected in south Texas, but not this many). We had to kill at least 5 of them, and that wasn't even half of what we saw - The balcony is leeward (away from the wind), causing it to be uncomfortable to sit out on for a long time Other notes: - There are three levels to the house (garage level, main level, and loft level) connected by stairs. The stairs were somewhat steep for our disabled guest, but they were able to get up and down with help and patience. We asked the managing company to allow us access to the garage so that the disabled guest didn't have to climb up steps, just to have to climb back down another set of steps.
