Seaside Sanctuary is located in Rockport, TX on Key Allegro with wonderful views of the bay. Enjoy the cool coastal breeze from the HUGE Front Porch and feast on the wonderful local cuisine that Rockport has to offer. Key Allegro Island offers a large community pool to use on warm days and is in the heart of Rockport only a short drive from Rockport Beach, shopping and entertainment for all ages!
Tons of windows make the Living, Dining and Kitchen areas a great place to gather while watching the water in the bay across the street. It is not uncommon to watch the dolphins play from the comfort of the porch. Enjoy the game chest that includes cards, board games and a custom Wahoo board made for Seaside Sanctuary.

As owners of Seaside Sanctuary, we rented homes from Rockport for years before deciding to purchase the property. We set out to find something that we could enjoy as a family with large open areas for gathering. We love fishing and swimming, so this home was perfect for our family, and we hope you enjoy it as much as we do!
Why they chose this property
Key Allegro is the premier Island to own a home on in my opinion. The community pool is only two streets over from Seaside Sanctuary and is a wonderful place to take a swim on a warm day!
What makes this property unique
Seaside Sanctuary is unique due the AMAZING bay views from the HUGE front porch. Bring your chairs, sit outside, grill some food and enjoy the sound of the bay and coastal breeze!
