Our home is conveniently located in the heart of Rockport, TX. Just minutes away from everything that our charming community has to offer!
Less than a mile away from downtown Rockport, which has local restaurants, bars, shops and more!
Only 1.5 miles away from Rockport Beach (5 min drive or 10 minute bike ride).

**THE SPACE....

Pearl Retreat is very welcoming/cozy with chic coastal decor and TONS of natural lighting. Great for larger groups and families.

-3 Bedroom/3 Full Bath; furnished with 1 King bed, 1 Queen bed & 1 Bunk bed with 2 Full size mattresses
*Can comfortably accommodate up to 8 adults!
-Kitchen is fully equipped and has all of the essentials needed for your stay
-Laundry room with washer and dryer

OUTDOOR SPACE
-Large covered carport that can easily fit 3 + cars for parking.
Please NO PARKING in grass.
-5 Burner gas BBQ PIT- We refill propane tank when we can, but if empty you will need to provide/refill as it is not always supplied
-NEW! Large outdoor dining area

***Boat Parking upon request.

Great summer stay in Rockport

The perfect property!

Nicole was not only responsive, but the house itself was amazing. We had a lot of kids with us so everything from the layout and bedrooms to location was perfect for our group! Would recommend to anyone traveling to Rockport

The house was lovely and very clean. Our family enjoyed our stay; there was of room for everyone and the house had everything we needed and then some. Nicole was very responsive with any questions we had. We hope to be back soon!

Great house

This property was great, we all had a great time. Perfect layout for a Dad traveling with two teenagers. Everyone had their own spac and bathroom. Excellent location, close to shops and restaurants. Our main objective was flats fishing for reddish and speckled trout and our guide (Captain Larry Bell) delivered. Both kids caught plenty of fish and we all enjoyed the scenery and wildlife. We will come back next year and book this same VRBO again.

Great Property

We arrived after 10 pm due to flight delays and contacted the manager (Nicole) to understand the thermostat. She responded immediately with the directions. We had to contact her a few more times during our stay (problems with us, not the property) and every time she responded quickly and was extremely accommodating. As for the house....it was beautiful. Even more inviting than the pictures show. The kitchen was well stocked, the TVs were easy to use, the water pressure was amazing and there honestly is nothing that could have made the stay better other than a winning lottery ticket sitting on the counter waiting for us. We all agreed that we would definitely stay there again.

Perfect family vacay spot

We stayed here with three couples, plus a one year old. The house was perfect! Three bedrooms and three baths made it an enjoyable stay. Good location and we had a great time with the provided boogie boards at the beach :)

Beautiful property

My family and I had a great time at this beautiful house in Rockport The house is very well appointed and had everything we needed. The owners were available and very helpful. We would definitely stay again and look forward to going back !!!

Wonderful stay at Rockport.

We chose this property because it was a ranch style and close to town center. The house was very clean and surprisingly roomy. We would definitely stay at this house again.

Very Relaxing stay

The Pearl didn't disappoint. Plenty of games for the family. A huge kitchen and plenty of space for everyone to have their own privacy. We found this very relaxing, especially after spending the day at Rockport Beach a few minutes way.

Wonderful place to gather

4 generations stayed in this lovely home for the Thanksgiving holidays. It was a perfect place for us all. Private bedrooms so the baby could sleep; only 3 steps to get inside for the oldest generation. Thanks for sharing your home.

It’s a Pearl of a deal!

The Pearl Retreat is very clean and wonderfully decorated in a coastal theme! The kitchen had everything we needed!! The layout was perfect for my family of 7! My only regret was that we got there a day later than planned because SH 35 was shut down due to flooding! Rockport recovered well and business as usual! Thanks for a great vacation!

Relaxing and clean

Great experience all around. This place exceeded all our expectations! Very clean, 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms for my family of 5! I am very picky with cleanliness! Couldn’t ask for more! A bottle of bubbly awaits you as you come in which tells you everything you need to know about the experience! Very relaxing with comfortable beds and close to everything including minutes from Rockport Beach! 5 stars doesn’t do justice! We will be back!

Excellent home away from home

We had a great time at this house. It was set up well and the beach theme inspired us to get some applied at our house. The house is located at an appropriate distance to stay away from the rogue mosquitoes closer to grass lands near the beach. The beach toy kit frisbees, float boards,, sand bucket, shovels, molds all elevated the fun we had. Thank you so much!
