Gone Coastal - Three-bedroom condo in fabulous Rockport, Texas.
Beautiful three-bedroom, two-bath, upstairs condominium overlooking the pool. Accessible only by stairs. Sleeps eight comfortably. Great for families, retreats, an escape with friends, or fishing adventures. Five minutes to Rockport Beach, five minutes to Goose Island State Park.
The complex grounds sit across from Aransas Bay. A 750-foot lighted pier awaits, along with ample spots for shore fishing and relaxing. Complex amenities include a swimming pool, tennis courts, boat parking, boat launch, and a huge patio nestled under the oaks that face the bay. Community center with kitchen, tables, board games, and books.
The master bedroom has a king-sized bed with private access to the balcony shaded by oak trees overlooking the pool. Bedroom one has both a full-size and twin-bed and also has access to the balcony. Bedroom three has both a full-size and twin bed. Bed linens and bath towels are provided.
The living room has a couch, two recliners, a flat-screen TV, DVD player, and a fabulous fireplace. The living room also opens to the balcony overlooking the pool.
The dining room has ample seating for up to eight people. The kitchen has full-size appliances, including stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, and microwave. Included are pots, pans, dishes, glasses, silverware, cooking utensils, a toaster, and a coffee maker. Coin laundry is available.
Standard cable and internet service are provided. Assigned parking with plenty of guest and boat parking available. Stay for the weekend, a week, or a month.
