Brand new 6 bedroom cabin that sleeps 18. Just a short walk to a large pond for fishing and swimming. Hot tub, grill, fire ring, game room w/pool table, wrap around decks, large yard and beautiful scenery.

Other things to note
If you have a group of 4 friends coming to the cabin you will all need to be at least 25 years old, if you are a group of 6 or more friends then you will need to all be 30 years old. There is no age restriction for families or groups of 2.

A nice retreat

Plenty of sleeping space but small living space if filling up the beds. Nice yard area for kids to play and enjoy a fire. The kids loved the hot tub after hiking all day. Nice location near the Hocking sites: 15 minutes to Ash Cave, 20 minutes to Cedar Falls, and 25 minutes to Old Man's Cave. There could be some maintenance improvements to the house...the downstairs slider doesn't lock, the front door knob needs replaced (it falls off from the inside), and one of the hardware pieces in the kitchen was pulling off. Overall, a nice place to retreat to.
