Great house with easy access to UF. We stayed there for move-in weekend. We did not have a chance to use the pool, but were so grateful for the great AC in the house after two long move-in days. Host was very responsive to communications.

We only stayed for one night (to attend a concert), but everything was just as advertised, clean, well done, and fit our crew well. Jarred was easy to work with and responsive to questions. Thank you for everything! Maybe someday some King sized beds...?? :-)

Clean, quiet, and close to Shands.

We were there for cancer surgery for my husband. It gave us a place as a family to be together. Close to hospital. The house was perfect. We were thankful for a home away from home.

Pool house getaway

The property was very affordable and was very clean and had everything we needed. Very comfortable beds an a very comfortable sectional couch. Loved the screened in porch! The pool was very large with a deep end and was very clean. We had a blast and would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Home for UF Family Weekend

This home had everything we needed! It was great for our short stay while in Gainesville. Check-In was easy, Clean-Up was easy, and the managers were awesome about communicating! Only reason for 4-Stars on Cleanliness is there was a plumbing issue that was being taken care of before we got there and a mess was left behind by the plumber. We had to clean up the master bathroom ourselves. I did reach out to management and they instantly apologized for the situation. I would definitely stay here again!

Comfy and cozy

My husband and I were in the area for a baseball tournament with our 4 kids 7,10,10,18, the home was clean, beds were comfy, pool was great for the kids… and myself… it had everything we needed, it’s close to restaurants, and shopping. The kids loved that Dave and busters wasn’t terribly far. Jarred was very quick to respond with questions. We would definitely stay again!
