This stylish place , Located 4 blocks for the beach. Modern Penthouse with Views of Down Town Los Angeles , snow capped mountains.
Top quality appliances, Indoor out door spaces, Walking distant to Abbott Kinney ,restaurants , 3rd Street Promenade and the Metro.
Host lives on site and will be present throughout the visitor’s stay”. has separate entrance and no share areas in studio.

Renee's place was wonderful - modern and artistically decorated with outside space that captured the sun all day long. It in an excellent location with an easy walk to beaches and unique shops in both Venice and Santa Monica. Would recommend staying here if you are travelling for vacation or work.

Incredible views

Great stay!

We have stayed at over 20 different properties through both VRBO and ARBNB and this location is the best appointed property we have been to. The unit is beautifully decorated with a lot of style. It was refreshing to have high end appliances and accessories in the Kitchen. I would highly recommend a stay here as you visit the LA area.

A gem in Santa Monica

This is a beautiful home in a great location, tastefully decorated with amazing city views, and well apportioned. Not only is it close to the beach but is also within walking distance to the delicious eateries and nice shops on Rose Ave. Could not have been more pleased with our stay or delighted with the accommodations. Mention must also be made as to the exceptional quality of the host, her reliability, thoroughness of communication, and the care she obviously bestows on this property. We look forward to staying in this lovely home again many times in the future.

Santa Monica Chilling

Just had a great experience in Santa Monica. This place is great for a single, couple or couple with one or two kids that want to sleep on a futon. Its airy, sunny and has a ton of very personal touches (including a bidet toilet!). Close to great restaurants and the beach. Its perched on a hill so the climb back will give you a little exercise, but nothing strenuous, I was really impressed with Renee, the Host. She reached out several times, always was in a great mood and was extremely accommodating. Sometimes the Host / manager makes the surroundings that much bettr and this was one of those times. We will be back!!
