5) each bedroom is upstairs and features a built-in ceiling fan to help guests cool off.
6) The kitchen, dining and living area and a half bath are on the first level
7) 1st floor has a balcony overlooking the beach.
On the second level, the master bedroom faces the Gulf and has a private balcony.
8) The master and guest bedrooms are both upstairs
9) 2 full bathrooms are also on the second level.
10) There is a 1/2 bath on the 1st level

The resort featurs the following:

1) access to a shared outdoor pool.
2) Ramsgate Harbour has 500 feet of beach so the beach in front of the condos feels private

Beach Set up: 2 chairs and an umbrella are rented for the season. You must call them before you go to the beach. The season ends 10/31 and starts up again 3/1
Beach Chair Set up:

Beach Chair and Umbrella Service Available March 1st – Oct 31st!. Guests may have access to 2 chairs & 1 umbrella. wooden lounge chairs with cushions (lounge chairs cannot be moved once they are placed by the business);

Reservation Process: Guests must request setup. Contact Surf N Sun with your unit number, first & last name, and detailed contact information. to ensure chair setup, notify the attendant before 10am. In the event of severe weather, tropical storms, or hurricanes, Surf N Sun reserves the right not to set up.

Upon booking, you’ll receive timely communications about your trip. Access to your professionally cleaned and sanitized home is also convenient with our custom keyless locks. And, if you need anything before, during or after your stay, our local team is ready to help!

Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wifi issues as it’s not guaranteed at the beach. If reliable wifi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot.
