Sitting in a quiet neighborhood, this home is 3 blocks away from the parkway system that connects downtown Smithville to the Smithville Lake Trail System. Enjoy our downtown area that is full of shopping and restaurants, a bike shop, award winning BBQ, and thrift stores.
Smithville is bedroom community 20 minutes away from the KCI Airport (MCI), Worlds Of Fun, Oceans of Fun, and 30 minutes from downtown Kansas City, Arrowhead and Kauffman Stadiums.

I am available from 8am through around 9pm 7 days a week. I do my best to respond within minutes. Occasionally, it takes longer.

Had a great time. House was clean, easy ti get to, and accomodating. Quick 5 minute drive to smithville lake. Was perfect for our disc golf trip!

Visiting family

Description of house was as described. Communication with host was quick and easy. Location of house was perfect and away from the hustle and bustle of KC. The only thing I would probably suggest would be for the cleaning fee paid of $150, I would expect house to in perfect condition. The refrigerator needed to be wiped out and I had to rewash some of the dishes before using them. But I am super picky about cleanliness. Also would suggest having more than one dish towel accessible and Kleenex in a few rooms for the guests and a dustpan to go with the broom so we could clean up a bit better. The host was fantastic, so I would consider staying here again if in the area visiting family.
