What makes this property unique
Our home is situated in a nature preserve next to TopSail and it is just minutes away from the #1 rated beach in the US, Grayton. The closest beach access which is pristine and less crowded is a 3 minute cart or bike ride. There is a semi private neighborhood access beach and then a couple of blocks down in Dune Allen there is a public beach with facilities. We really love our Butterfly Beach House and enjoy sharing with families. We personally enjoy renting from Big Daddy’s for bikes or for street legal Golf cart we have had guest rent from 30a carts - but a quick google search can provide all the details for the perfect rental for your family and guests. We’ve also walked to beach and it is about 15-20 minute walk. Our cleaning crew comes in with gloves and masks and refreshes all the linens. I am extremely picky when it comes to cleanliness and I have a private team with tight relationships along 30A. We are using bleach on linens and in bathrooms and showers. As a side note, Publix delivers to our home via Instacart. We are in gated community with pools, hot tub, fireplace, Gulf viewing decks, tennis courts and gym. There are fantastic restaurants around and Topsail has amazing trails, kayaking etc. I provide beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach towels, some younger kid toys, and the home is well equipped with internet access and streaming service access in all rooms. You will most enjoy the outdoor living spaces. We have an upper and outdoor deck grill as well. The private residence has access has plenty of bike, golf, and car parking. The location is what attracted us. It’s not in the middle of the crazy busy parts of Seaside and Rosemary but it’s the same Emerald coast with much less congestion. We are happy to provide a list of favorite spots, restaurants, and other local area information upon a completed booking.
